We have four branches located in Southern Michigan, but can help anyone in the state. Our offices are located in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Centerline and Garden City. Our Corporate Office is at our Grand Rapids location. We prefer face-to-face appointments but do phone appointments also.

You call in for your free appointment.
We do a budget analysis of your situation, which tells us where you stand and what would be the best program to get you back on your feet. If the plan is for you, we would then contact your creditors and set up a payment program with them that fits your budget, a plan that leaves enough money for you and your creditors. Once you are back on an even keel, we will show you how to take the program over on your own or stay with us until the bills are all paid.
The Cost: In the interview, which is free, we’ll tell you exactly what your charge will be. Everyone has a different bill situation, therefore charges vary between clients. However, the program has to be AFFORDABLE, otherwise we could not even have you use our service.
We suggest you come spend an hour or so, see what we can do, see what the program costs, and then you can make the decision that is best for you.
